I hired Imperial Construction to dismantle a wheelchair ramp and install a new hand railing system. Franco was the field rep and main worker for this project. Luis was his very able assistant. Franco was an excellent communicator! I knew what to expect and when. Every aspect of their work was professional with great attention to detail. Franco also suggested that they clean the moss from the cement and asphalt and put on a sealer. I knew this work was needed and was pleased with Franco’s suggested method of addressing the issue. I hired Imperial Construction to remove and replace a house-full of lighting fixtures, including chandelier, two lighted fan units, pendant lights, ceiling fixtures, etc.

Unfortunately, some of the products came without instructions and it was no problem for the crew—they knew what to do and made it happen! One fixture had to be reordered due to a large crack that occurred in shipping.

Franco and his crew of guys worked tirelessly through all the hassles (including accommodating a second installation visit due to the delayed shipping of the replacement for the cracked fixture!)

The project outcome was impeccable and they cleaned up all the shipping materials and boxes and even made sure the floors/counters were cleared of all debris.

I am thrilled with the result and would gladly rehire Imperial Construction for future jobs! Franco is a delight to work with—very professional and friendly and great communication!

I am very pleased with Imperial Construction Services, LLC on the quality of work done for an office restoration at Grace Lutheran Church here in Corvallis. The basement office was damaged by a water leak that required a re-stucco of the basement wall, partial replacement of some drywall, and new wall paint and new carpet installed. The response to me request for bid was prompt. I was impressed with the very clear bid document written as a scope of work that detailed the work, what was included and what was the cost.
